"Really neat folding"
Not gonna lie, I’ve used poplin a few times now and the folding is really impressive. My shirts, towels, and even the kids’ clothes come back super neat and ready to put away. It’s been a huge time-saver for me

"Super easy app to use"
I booked my laundry pickup in like 2 minutes, maybe less honestly. The app is really simple, oh, and there weren’t any weird extra steps or confusing screens. I could check the updates easily too, so the whole thing just felt effortless.

I’ve been using this when my schedule is packed, it makes life a lot easier. Setting everything up is simple, and it definitely saves me time. The only thing I’d improve is making the pickup windows a bit more specific, but overall it’s been really convenient...

"Clear pricing, no weird surprises"
Gave Poplin 5 stars mostly for the pricing. Super clear. I could see the cost before placing the order, which I really appreciated.

No random add-ons later. No weird fees. The final total was what I expected, that matters a lot with laundry services.

Pretty simple overall. Easy to follow. I don’t like guessing what something will cost, so this was a nice change...

"Pretty good, though I’m not totally sure on timing"
I used Poplin for a hoodie that had a stain and a few shirts. I can’t remember if I sent it out earlier that week or the week before, but the pickup part was simple either way. Most of the spots came out, which was nice, though there was still one grease mark hanging around. Overall it was decent and convenient, just not a miracle fix for tougher stains.

"A little bump, but they made it right"
One of my shirts came back damaged, i was frustrated at first. But support responded quickly and handled it in a way that felt fair, which really helped calm me down. Things happen, and what mattered to me was that they didn’t make it a hassle. I still feel good about using poplin.

"Pretty consistent every time"
I’ve used Poplin quite a few times now, and honestly... it’s been really steady for me. Pickup and drop-off usually happen when they say they will, and my clothes come back clean, folded nicely, and just easy to put away.

There was one small delay once, but they kept me in the loop, so it didn’t really bother me. Overall, it’s been reliable, and yeah, that’s basically what I was hoping for.

"Faster than I expected"
I tried Poplin for the first time the turnaround was quick. Pickup was super easy, and my laundry was back the next day, which helped me out a lot. I’m giving 4 stars because the timing updates were a little off, not a huge deal though, everything still went smoothly overall.

"Fits into my week well"
I’ve been using Poplin mainly because it’s easy to work around my schedule. Between work, the kids, and everything else, I really don’t want to build my whole day around laundry, so being able to choose a pickup time is a huge help.
That said, the time slots in my area can be kind of annoying because they’re not always as open as I’d like. Not a major disaster or anything, but it does make me roll my eyes sometimes. Overall though, it’s convenient and saves me a bunch of hassle, so I’m still happy with it

"I sent in a few shirts that needed..."
I sent in a few shirts that needed a cold wash and hang dry, and they actually paid attention to the notes. Nothing shrunk or came back looking weird, which I really appreciated. The clothes smelled clean too, but not in an overpowering way. I’m kinda happy with Poplin so far — it makes laundry feel way less annoying.

I had a couple of specific requests for my laundry and was glad to see they followed them exactly. Everything came back clean, neatly folded, and nothing seemed overlooked. Pickup and drop-off were super easy too. I’m really happy with poplin and definitely plan on using them again.

"I tried Poplin for the first time..."
I tried Poplin for the first time and had a good experience. My clothes came back clean and had a nice fresh smell without being overpowering, which I really appreciated. The towels especially smelled great. One shirt did still have a slight detergent smell, so I’m taking off one star for that, but overall I’m happy with it. It’s just nice when a service does what it says and treats your stuff with care.

"A few items didn’t make it back"
Overall, the service was alright, but I did notice a few pieces of clothing were missing afterward. Customer support was helpful once they got back to me, though the response took a bit longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience, but I do wish the process had been a little smoother.

"Had a hiccup, but they made it right"
I had a small issue with my order and got a little frustrated at first. I was worried I was going to lose money or end up stuck with a bad experience, which is never a great feeling. But I reached out to Poplin support and they got back to me quickly. They actually listened, fixed the problem, and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops. Things can go wrong anywhere, but the way they handled it made me feel like I wasn’t taking a risk by using them again.
